Enjoy a relaxing afternoon as if you're traveling through the culinary treasures of Tohoku.
This season's afternoon buffet features ingredients and traditional cooking methods from the Tohoku region.
For example, our pizza is topped with iburigakko, a traditional smoked pickle from Akita. We've also prepared a variety of treats such as financiers made with burdock root from Aomori, and Tarte Bourdaloue, a European-style dessert using La France pears from Yamagata.
Each bite invites you to journey through the flavors of autumn in Michinoku.
