This summer, we will be incorporating Asian elements into our course menus, and as a prelude to that, we will be holding a two-day limited Asian buffet where you can enjoy the diverse culinary cultures of Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and other countries.
From Vietnamese-style okonomiyaki and fragrant gapao rice to spicy stir-fried shrimp, we will elevate the authentic flavors of the region with the unique sensibility of JW Marriott Hotel Nara.

Furthermore, we will be offering a wide variety of desserts using luxurious tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit, welcoming you with a lineup full of glamour and exotic charm.

Elevated from last year's widely admired Asian‑inspired offerings, this year's dinner selection has been reimagined with deeper sophistication and a refined sense of indulgence. The interplay of aromatic spices and the pristine acidity unique to Southeast Asian cuisine unfolds with a richer, more dramatic presence befitting the evening table. The season's signature dish, the chilled capellini, features noodles gently enveloped in a cumin‑ and chili‑scented spicy sauce, complemented by a tomato base brightened with lime and fish sauce. A final flourish of tropical fruits adds a touch of nocturnal resort elegance, resulting in a dish that captures the essence of summer luxury in a single, captivating plate.
