This year, we've created a stunning cross-section reminiscent of the French classic "Fraisier," generously layered with Nara's prized strawberries, "Kotoka."
The cream is made with carefully selected fresh cream from Kyushu, chosen by our pastry chef for its gentle natural sweetness and rich, mellow flavor—perfectly complementing the juiciness and refined aroma of Kotoka strawberries.
For the finishing touch, we've adorned the cake with the Griffin wings, the iconic symbol of JW Marriott, adding sophistication and festive excitement to your holiday table.
